He is just suggesting you to stop 'selling' gear with that bug so you can set it to 2 billion gold (so no one can buy it, aka advertising it). Fact is gold hackers can purchase that item from your shop, you lose the item, and get not gold as you went over the max holding gold limit. Feel free to keep selling items for 2billion gold, but it is your fault if the item is lost and you get no gold.
