Review of the Shimano Sonora spinning reel. Carretes shimano catana 2500FB y 4000FB. New Shimano Stella SWB Saltwater Spinning Reels w/ Larry.

So I was looking at Walmart tonight at the clearence section and saw a few of these spinning reels.I was curious if anyone here had used then much.I seen on the Internet they were regular 60-80$ and Walmart had them clearence for 20$.I mostly use baitcasters but I have been wanting a decent spinning reel for a little bit too.I'm curious please enlightened me on these cause I'm debating on whether I should go back out there thanks.I have a a cumara spinning rod I got at a flea market not too long ago that doesn't get much use. I have 2 of them, one on my dropshot rod, one on my wacky jig/shaky head rod. Great reels for the $.

I paid full price for mine at TW which I think was $50. I have owned other reels in this price range, I won't name names, but un-like other reels in that range, the Shimanos have gotten smoother with use, and the drags are smooth and reliable. All with ZERO maint. I would scoop them up for $20 in a heart beat. Mine have put more than a few 4-5 lb smallmouth in the boat, and several 5+ lb largemouth.

I am not a big fan of spending big money on spinning reels, especialy not when a $50 Shimano has performed as well or better than I expected.

I just picked up this reel the other day for 50 bucks at walmart. I spooled it with 10 lb super mono spyder wire. When i took it out today i got 3 separate birds nest and had to cut a bunch of line off after about ten cast each time. Could i have over spooled? It calmed down after the 3rd time.

Quickbooks enterprise 16 activation code. I've had plenty of birds nest, but not back to back like this. Also it came with extra spacers to customise your 'spin pattern' and indicates to read the manual which was not included. If anyone could shed some light on this please do.
