Hi, i have a problem in my surface pro. Recently, i upgrade its operating system to 8.1 but after that a problem in wireless frequently shows off. In spite of showing connected as icon, after one minute all connections would be disconnected and i should disconnect and connect it again to be able to use internet. Could you help me to figure it out? ----------------- I realized recently that the problem is also somehow related to my Apple magic mouse. Whence, i turn on the mouse, WIFI signal drops and and after a while it will be completely disconnected. Maybe it would be helpful for Microsoft to check what went wrong.

Did the notebook originally come with W7? If you see no bluetooth radio at all, you will have to reinstall W7, use the connection manager software to turn on the bluetooth, then uninstall the connection manager software, restart the PC and ensure the BT is on. Then you can install W8.1 again and the bluetooth should be present. You will still need the above bluetooth driver though. Did you also install the wireless button driver?
